WHAT YOU RECEIVEA practical test with useful outputs.
- Two 45-minute online working sessions for up to five colleagues.
- Six fictional tenancy communication scenarios, agreed with your team.
- A concise response example for each scenario, reviewed by Ava.
- A team guide to communication boundaries and when to seek further help.
- A short evaluation comparing clarity, preparation time and rework in the exercise.
- One consolidated round of feedback and refinements.
HOW WE BEGINYour recurring problem. No tenant files.
Tell us the kind of conversation your team finds difficult. We agree the pilot scope and use invented examples to explore it.
The pilot is a service-design and communication exercise. It does not include advice on a live tenancy, verification of a statutory notice, Tribunal work, representation, software integration or automated messages.
New software access is not needed. We work through email and the agreed sessions. AI may assist with fictional examples; Ava reviews the deliverables.
Small enough to learn. Specific enough to decide.
At the end, you keep the agreed team materials for internal use and decide whether further testing is worthwhile. There is no automatic subscription or renewal. A successful exercise does not establish legal accuracy or prove fewer disputes in live tenancies.
An enquiry starts a conversation about fit. It does not create an engagement. Any service arrangements are set out in a written agreement for you to review before deciding whether to proceed.
Led by resolution experience.
Ava Sanchez Neal is a former Tenancy Mediator with a Graduate Diploma in Dispute Resolution from Massey University. The AdvoCat is an independent venture. No government or Tribunal endorsement is claimed.
The professional pilot supports clearer, fairer communication. It does not promise a particular outcome or offer a lawyer’s opinion.
